Solid Laminated Door Jambs/ Frames
Large timber blocks air dried seasoning for at least 12-24 months, maintain a good moisture content of average 25%. The long seasoning period helps the wood to move down the MC slowly & steadily. This further enrich the solid wood to have a good stability quality.
Veneer Wrapped Door Jambs/ Frame
Finger joint laminated core is used for the base & overlaid with a large piece of wood veneers on top. All process are by our quality machines included our wrapping machine from Italy. Finger Joint Laminated core help to overcome wood warping & bending, bowing problem while veneer face give a great out looking to the user. All jambs set are sizing accurately by machines, tenoned & mortised for 45 Celsius cut at customer’s choice. Our production control system registered to our ISO9001 quality standard monitor us closely for well management of production step for quality jambs & architraves being produced.
