Solid Laminated Door Jambs/ Frames

Large timber blocks air dried seasoning for at least 12-24 months, maintain a good moisture content of average 25%. The long seasoning period helps the wood to move down the MC slowly & steadily. This further enrich the solid wood to have a good stability quality.

Veneer Wrapped Door Jambs/ Frame

Finger joint laminated core is used for the base & overlaid with a large piece of wood veneers on top. All process are by our quality machines included our wrapping machine from Italy. Finger Joint Laminated core help to overcome wood warping & bending, bowing problem while veneer face give a great out looking to the user. All jambs set are sizing accurately by machines, tenoned & mortised for 45 Celsius cut at customer’s choice. Our production control system registered to our ISO9001 quality standard monitor us closely for well management of production step for quality jambs & architraves being produced.

White Primed Jamb and Mouldings

Among one of our company’s products, also called as Gesso. Specially designed for effortless installation. These primed jamb are manufactured form 100% sustainable plantation grown radiata pine. It no sanding and priming required as it ready to paint. Also used for structural renovation and carpentry. Thus, it is water resistant and available in a variety size of widths and lengths.

Ah Hai’s door jambs are veneer wrapped door jambs and foil wrapped door jambs. It could be tenoned and profiled tongue and groove for easy assembly during installation. It also can be 45 degree cut. Veneer wrapped jambs can be supplied in large selection of choice in our wood veneers to match customer’s idea doors while foil paper wrapped jambs are more for indoor usage. Our foil is printed to wood design and color, it can be embossed for wood grain. Customers are able to spray the foil paper wrapped jambs by themselves, whenever they like, whatever color they want, even after the installation.
